Leadership
Organizational, tactical and strategic choices, in many Organizations, are often developed in ways that make them disconnected frome the diverse world of the people who will implement them.
People do need guidance, inspiration and support, but don’t like to be told what they should do, with some very specific exceptions, defined with known criteria. When this happens in voluntary organizations, people leave as soon as they find a better place; in the meantime their engagement becomes sadly low.
We may like it or not. But this is the way things are.
Many organizations struggle in the effort of creating a motivating environment, energy, participation and creative action.
A Leader does have a difficult task.
He/She often strives, with his/her team, in order to achieve results. These achievements are otherwise rather easy to accomplish, but the effort is often the source of endless frustrations.
A leader who is effective and lives a fulfilling experience is capable of introspection and reflection in action, and becomes able to be in control.
We offer Introspective Leadership as a framework in which we develop Leaders that are strong, creative, with abilities to inspire, build motivation, engagement, energy around themselves.
Introspective Leadership aims to develop self-awareness through action inquiry and action learning.
We discover our resources, the ones we already have and want to master.
Introspective Leadership is a concept that gives birth to Workshops and Learning Paths meant both for groups of Leaders belonging to the same organization, and to Leaders coming from different Organizations.
