Mario Gastaldi founded and leads Brain Team Consulting.

He is an Organizational Development, Change Management, Strategic Planning Consultant. He actively researches, writes and speaks about his approaches in Italy, Europe and the United States.

Mario is a coach supporting successful Leaders, Entrepreneurs and individuals striving for excellence and personal well-being.

He supports the Organizations and the people within in the process of understanding, clarifying, and defining of organizational goals. Develops actions that lead to sustainable improvement and change with modalities that create alignment, enthusiasm, engagement and sustainable results.

Mario creates, uses and combines the most modern and time/cost effective methods to make change happen.
